After 12 years in corporate learning & development, Arjun got fed up with conventional training methods. He left his cushy job to create something better. When he's not redesigning career programs, you'll find him hiking in the Western Ghats or making surprisingly decent wood carvings.

Priya brings storytelling magic to our programs. With a background in journalism and education technology, she knows how to turn complex career concepts into compelling narratives. She believes learning happens best through stories, not slides. Her chai is legendary around the office.
